The images on this website are the property of Daniel Burgess and protected under US and International copyright laws. Copying, duplicating, saving as a digital file, printing, publishing in form of media including web, manipulating, transmitting or reproducing without the prior written permission of Daniel Burgess is strictly forbidden and would constitute a breach of copyright.
Photos purchased by a client are given a print release. This allows the client to print, save the digital images, share on social media, store online. The author of the photos retains full copyright ownership.
Clients who purchase high-resolution digital files from D&B Forever Photography (DBFP) will be granted permission by DBFP to reproduce the images and make an unlimited number of prints, for personal use only. This permission applies worldwide. The client must agrees that he/she may not use any DBFP images for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any DBFP images into competition without the express written permission of DBFP. DBFP retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).
The images that are being provided are licensed to the client for any reason personal, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. The license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. The purchase of the original files releases DBFP from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases DBFP from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.
The client grants to DBFP the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement, and editorial use, unless otherwise discussed beforehand. DBFP agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only. DBFP may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. DBFP retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.
If you are posting any of the digital files to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram etc.)* OR if you share or use any digital files from either Facebook or my website, you may not alter the image in any way* and you must give credit to D&B Forever Photography.
By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
